Downloading Help
If you have recently purchased PDF downloads from us and are having difficulties, please read this information.
You should have received an email containing a link and download instructions immediately after you made your payment.
If this email has not appeared in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders.
Gmail users please note: You need to right click on the link in your email, and then choose “Save Target As” in order to download your material.
If you still cannot download your material or cannot find your download email after taking the above measures, please send us an email by clicking on the second tab at the top of the page.
It may take up to 24 hours for one of our representatives to read your email and respond.
Please wait for us to respond and do not send repeated messages with the same subject matter.
Include your Paypal email address when communicating with us, and if possible, also provide us with an alternative email address.
Online Tests – Login Help
If you have recently purchased online tests from us and are having login problems, please read this advice.
Note that you need to type in the address we have provide you without using www.
It works better to type in the username and password, rather than copying and pasting. Check your capslock as the username and password are case sensitive.
Also be sure that you have not put a space before or after the username or password.
Note that it is better to view the tests in Internet Explorer, not Firefox.
To view the answers to the exams, please be sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled.
If you still cannot view your test after taking the above measures, you may need to adjust your computer’s security settings.
