We normally do not provide refunds automatically once your digital materials have been delivered to you.
We have had to make this policy because, given the digital nature of the materials, it is impossible to ensure that the item will not be used once it has been delivered.
However, we will consider refund and exchange requests on an individual basis if you have extenuating circumstances.
